Your first class is on us.
Drop in any time — we hold three mats every class for walk-ins, and your first class is free. The studio is two blocks east of the bakery, above the corner café on Maple.
Where to find us.
What to know before your first class.
- Arrive ten minutes early. We'll show you the bathroom, water, and where to put your shoes.
- Wear something you can stretch in. We have spare leggings and shirts if you forgot.
- Mats and props are provided — bring your own if you'd rather. We hold three mats every class for walk-ins.
- Eat lightly two hours before, hydrate, and skip caffeine if you can.
- Tell the teacher if anything in your body needs attention. They'll work around it without making it a thing.
- Your first class is free. Just say hi at the front desk.
"I came in a complete beginner and they made me feel like I belonged on the first day. Two years in, I'm still here."
